L&rsquo;envie was a diamond in the rough!   It was the most incredible find of our entire trip of Nice and Aix.   The young men who are own and operate this establishment are far above many a five star restaurants we&rsquo;ve eaten.   This young chef would be considered a &ldquo;master chef&rdquo;.   Our party of four was absolutely blown away by the amazing meals prepared by an amazing chef.   Our host and we think owner along with the chef was an incredible host and just a pleasure throughout our meal.  Best to them both.
